10 extremely NSFW dance-music videos

It used to be that hip-hop videos were the most common forum for scantily clad folks grinding it on camera, but, with dance music becoming increasingly more popular, there’s no shortage of family-unfriendly content popping up on YouTube. This week two extremely NSFW videos surfaced from the likes of Major Lazer (“Bubble Butt) and Autoerotique (“Asphyxiation”), and they got us taking a look back at some of the web’s adults-only dance-music vids. Um… enjoy?

Toronto’s Autoerotique just released this Amos LeBlanc-directed video for their latest single, “Asphyxiation,” which takes one sexy-ass approach to a harmless game of dodgeball.

Eric Wareheim is a master of the weird and warped, having killed it for years on Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job! and other videos for Flying Lotus and Major Lazer, including this one. Just like his “Pon De Floor” clip did for Kingston-style daggering, Wareheim’s “Bubble Butt” video takes the twerking phenomenon to new heights.

Lifelike & Kris Menace’s “Discopolis” might as well be an ad for a sex chatline. Put a hardwired rotary-dial telephone in these girls’ hands and you’ve got yourself the perfect 1-900 spot.

Maybe it’s just a Canadian thing? In any event, Max Graham took his rip of Yes’ “Owner of a Lonely Heart,” converted it into dancefloor gold, and put together this video, which features a couple of young scallawags playing the role of casting directors and hosting auditions for a bikini dance contest. Clever, boys.

European gameshows have forever been the paragon of publicly acceptable misogyny, and on “Kernkraft 400,” Zombie Nation plays liberally with that trope.

Apparently, every version of “Calabria” has its own accompanying not-safe-for-work video. This one showcases a marching band in some rather interesting outfits.

Ever try walking naked down a Parisian street? Some models did for Make The Girl Dance’s “Baby Baby Baby.”

Singer Tiombe Lockhart actually directed this clip for her and Cubic Zirconia’s “Hoes Come Out At Night (Featuring Lex).” It’s a spiritual, if pretty sexy, simulation of a water-birthing.

South African duo Die Antwoord are envelope-pushers of the highest order. Whether it’s singer Yo-Landi Vi$$er’s general Lolita-esque persona or, in this case, her string of suitors in varying states of undress, they’re big on NSFW audiovisual content.

A-Trak’s partnership with Armand Van Helden, Duck Sauce, dropped this bit of hilarity a couple years back, and it’s become a standard in the world of weird, humorously disgusting clips. We’re not sure what else to say about it other than it really grosses us out.
