Shir Khan's Black Jukebox selection hits again with Kruse & Nuernberg's "Temperature Rise"

Shir Khan’s Black Jukebox collections always provide some weapons-grade disco heat, and edition #6 is no exception. Offering yet another deep-house summer-swinger, Kruse & Nuernberg and Polargeist team up and crank out what may be the opener of all openers, “Temperature Rise.”

Hamburg might not get the attention of German dance capital Berlin, or runner-up Frankfurt, but the northern port city has had some serious flirtations with the global deep house scene, led by Tensnake, Christopher Rau, and Kruse & Nuernberg. The latter duo’s latest, “Last Chance,” on Lazy Days Music, ups the game of seduction by recruiting the vocal talent of Stee Downes, who last appeared on Lovebirds‘ 2011 hit “Want You In My Soul.”
