Aussie electro-rockers PVT love change. Not only did they alter their name—from Pivot to PVT—but they’ve had their tracks remixed by some of the best in the biz—Nathan Fake and Modeselektor among them. Now they’re giving the Play community the opportunity to effect some change on their music in the form of the “Homosapien” remix contest. So turn in the winning submission and you’ll take home a slew of prizes, including a pair of Audio Technica M50 headphones and other merch, a copy of Smithson Martin’s Emulator Pro, a $100 StyleFlip skins voucher, promotional services from Secret Service Public Relations, a copy of our Sounds to Sample Elements sounds pack, and have your remix officially released by Felte Recordings.

So upload your submission by June 10 to be considered for the contest. Of course, there’s a whole lot more going on at Play, so check it all out below.

Anevo won Stafford Brothers’ “Hello feat. Lil Wayne and Christina Milian” contest with this entry and had this to say about his remix: “I was trying to maintain the feeling of the original track, but still add my own touch to it… I usually love to remix tracks and I thought this one was a very good track to work with.”
